The Chateau Orquevaux Experiments

In September 2021, Ko Smith attended an artist residency in the historic Chateau d’Orquevaux, in the Champagne region of France. The residency proved eminently fruitful; Smith experimented to develop a color palette, and depth of visual texture solely through ink wash. This collection of prints is a selection of those works.
